FUNNY GUMMY is a research by Barbara Cammarata and Analogique that investigates the phenomenon of illegal trafficking of toys from the east of the world to our country.

FUNNY GUMMY takes its name from an important seizure operation carried out by the Guardia di Finanza in 2017.

FUNNY GUMMY is a game for children, with no information concerning the chemical composition, the instructions for use and the place of origin and manufacture.

FUNNY GUMMY chooses a toy tank as a pretext for a broader reflection on the phenomenon of illegal arms trafficking.

Two superimposed plexiglass slabs, supported by slender iron bars mounted on wheels, are the action plan for planetary movements of a toy tank.

A map returns and interprets the data provided by the Guardia di Finanza of Palermo: the shipping countries, the destination countries, the number of items seized, the number of seizures, the total value of the seized objects and the reference period.
